We sell vintage and secondhand clothing. As items are pre-owned, minor signs of age, wear, or use may be present. Any significant flaws or defects will be described in the product description or shown in the product images.

We strive to present products as accurately as possible, however slight colour differences may occur depending on screen settings.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK).

We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment is only charged once the order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Complaints

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for defects present at the time of delivery.

Natural wear, patina, and signs of use on vintage and secondhand items that are described or shown in the product images are not considered defects.

We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profit arising from the use of our products or website, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including images, logos, designs, text, and graphics, belongs to S.A. Studio or is used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
