Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made on our webshop in accordance with applicable Danish consumer legislation.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email at sastudiocph@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning Items

If you wish to return an item, you must first register your return via our returns portal here.

Once you have notified us of your wish to withdraw from your purchase, the item must be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period, calculated from the day you received the item.

The item must be returned in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging. Labels, tags, or other original parts that accompanied the item at the time of purchase must still be attached and must not have been removed.

As we sell vintage and secondhand clothing, minor signs of use, age, and patina may be present. Any visible flaws, signs of wear, or special characteristics will be stated in the product description and product images.

The item must not have been washed, altered, or used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and fit.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refund

Once we have received the returned item, or you have provided documentation that the item has been returned, we will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that the item has been returned.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

For a full return of an order, any standard delivery costs will be refunded. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery will not be refunded.

Complaints

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint regarding items with defects or faults that were present at the time of delivery.

As our products are vintage and secondhand items, general wear, patina, and signs of use that are disclosed in the product description or shown in the images are not considered defects or faults.

If you believe your item has a defect or fault, please contact us as soon as possible at sastudiocph@gmail.com and attach photos along with a description of the issue.
